So we work the way good professionals do: diagnose first, then prescribe. We look at the whole machine — your message, your systems, your capacity — and tell you what to fix, in what order, and why.

What does it cost?
The House Call is free, full stop. If the White-Glove Audit is the right next step, we’ll walk through exactly what it involves and costs together on the call. No surprises, no obligation. Every engagement after that is prescribed, priced, and agreed before anything begins.
What if I already know my niche?
Brilliant. That’s a head start. If your strategy is written down, current, and matches what you sell, we build on it. If it’s mostly living in your head, getting it on paper is usually the first fix, and the fastest one.
Do I have to do everything on the path?
No. The White-Glove Audit gives you one recommended starting point and your full sequence, which is yours to keep either way. You move at your pace, and nothing gets added unless your business needs it.
What if we are not a fit?
Then we’ll tell you, sometimes with a referral to someone who is. An honest diagnostic has to be able to prescribe nothing, or none of its prescriptions mean anything.
